Our clinical staff is committed to providing safe and high quality care to our patients. We have invested in clinical education and patient care strategies. Our Falling Star Program has been fully implemented as part of improvement plans to reduce falls and has included all staff that interact with patients. We have planned and partially implemented an education plan focused on skin and wound care management. Vaccine risk assessment and vaccination rates have improved steadily over the past year as we have reviewed and reinforced our vaccination policy.
